ART is expanding, both in turnover and in terms of technology and as a consequence, we have an unprecedented demand for new colleagues with the right attitude and experience. As we have various interesting positions to offer, we decided to host a recruitment day on 22 November. We announced the event by means of flyers, posters, notices at schools and clubs and advertisements in newspapers and we were surprised and almost overwhelmed by the results: our recruitment day was attended by over 300 candidates.
Firstly, everyone was received with a cup of coffee and some welcoming words from our CEO, Mr. van Wijnen, after which the candidates were divided into groups on the basis of their levels of education, experience and interests. Each group was led to a separate meeting room where they could watch presentations held by ART employees.
Together, the individual presentations covered entire Group, each talk providing specific details and features of the departments and vacancies. We also offered tours of the premises of both ART-SMS and our production company ART-FPT to give the candidates an even better picture.

We are proud to report that our recruitment day proved to be a great success, and will certainly mean that we can welcome new colleagues. And it has convinced us, despite the fact that it is difficult to find people with experience, that these types of events open up opportunities, even in sectors in which it is usually quite hard to find the right people.
