ART Europe co-ordinates every aspect of projects. Our project managers bear responsibility for the effective communication and planning of your project, using project management software to closely monitor progress and to make adjustments where necessary, as well as to provide you with progress reports.

If desired, a project plan can already be drawn up during the tender phase in order to provide a clear picture of the scope of the project. This provides you as the client a clear overview of the various phases and the lead time of the project.

In addition, ART Europe, together with ART Asia, ensures a good benchmark for the tools and/or components.

After a project has been completed and the tools have been validated, we can also take care of the production of the start-up batch and/or production batch.
